Juicing! Another passion..

Hola, heppi Wednesday!

I Love Juicing ! Thats all i can say. Saya start juicing almost 2 years ago. These are part of my juicing photos yg i managed to take. Memang ada ups and downs during the journey itself. Most of the times its the excuses that refraining you from doing it. Ie tak sempat nak cuci juicer, takdak masa, buah tak fresh, tak de variety sayur etc etc etc. The point is kalau MALAS memang end result pun nampak malas :P

Watermelon & Chia Seeds + Vivix. Sometimes i like to add supplement to my juices. Chia seeds nowaday is a must.

I even add Cinch Vanilla Shake to my juice--here Watermelon & Carrot juice

You might wonder why juicing it? Why not just eat it? Answer: WHY NOT? Hehe..

Dengan juicing, zat atau nutrient yang terperangkap didalam fiber buah atau sayuran itu dapat diekstrak sepenuhnya. Contohnya beta carotene di dalam carrot dapat di perolehi sepenuhnya 100% dengan juicing. tapi bila carrot di makan hanya 1% beta carotene yang dapat dicerna oleh badan. So, dats why dengan juicing badan mampu menyerap nutrient/ zat dr sayur dan buah dengan lebih bagus. 

Aside from this, i also take supplement. Of coz dari Shaklee sahaja..I believe Shaklee adalah antara supplement yang semulajadi selamat dan of coz berkesan. Sama seperti juices saya di atas, tiada bahan pewarna, tiada bahan pengawet atau bahan pewarna. 

Oh ya! one thing nak highlight is dat..sadly my juices are not organically grown. Biasalah..sayur2 ditanam secara komersial dengan tujuanuntuk dijual memanglah bukan Organik. Soon, saya bakal dapat menuai hasil kebun organik saya from My Edible Garden Project (another passion..berkebon) jadi mungkin saya dapat merasai organik cucumber juice or tomato juice from my garden..who knows? In sha Allah.

By da way...since my fruits and vegetables is not organic and fully loaded with chemical (i hate to say this...sobsss) I soaked 'em in Basic H  untuk buang segala bahan kimia/wax yang telah disembur dan lekat di sayuran & buah buahan. Basic H Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate adalah pencuci biodegradable dan tidak bertoksik pertama dicipta pada tahun 1960.
